In this report for CQ Researcher, I delve into the latest on the abortion wars and legislation pending in the states. The upshot, yes, potentially Roe v Wade is in jeopardy, but most legal scholars currently don’t think there enough extreme conservative judges on the Supreme Court to totally overturn Roe v Wade.
