The Trump administration and Congress have unwound many of the rules connected to the ACA with the aim of making the health insurance exchanges so expensive they may no longer function properly. The rule changes disrupt the U.S. health system which had just begun to adjust to the changes enacted in the law. I fear this just means health care will be more expensive for all Americans.
