As part of my research for an article on office ergonomics for Costco Connection, I was surprised to learn how much sitting for multiple hours in a row has a negative impact on our bodies. Most enlightening was learning that sitting causes tissue damage over the long term and may be one of many reasons why our health isn’t as good as it could be. Now I want a sit/stand desk!
