Three years ago, Bethesda’s Johanna Neuman started searching for a new physician. The former Los Angeles Times journalist had been diagnosed with high blood pressure, though she was at a normal weight and exercised regularly. Her doctor at the time prescribed drugs, but nothing lowered her blood pressure.

So Neuman decided to seek out a physician who specialized in “executive” physicals, which include lots of diagnostic and preventive screenings, as well as the kind of VIP treatment a Donald Trump might expect.
